October is Dyslexia Awareness month and the Meadow Drive PTA is committed to help our community by providing resources to learn more and provide support.
The Mineola Children’s Library offers several books about dyslexia, which affects one out of every five people. This is a very special list because it includes children’s books about living with dyslexia, as well as a list of Mineola’s decodable book collection. Decodable books are simple, phonics based books meant for new readers and children with reading challenges. This helpful list can be accessed by clicking the link here:
